Pool Information and Guidelines

The neighborhood pool, located on Rockfence Road near the Moores Mill Golf Club driving range, is open from April through September. Members (Owners) wishing to make use of the pool pay a $30 “pool usage fee.” They are issued a key for the pool season. At the end of that pool season, keys are returned to the association.

Pool Opening

HOVHOA Pool keys will be distributed Sat., April 20th, 9am – 11am & 1pm – 3pm.
Pool will close Sun., September [TBA], 2024; keys will be collected that day.

The neighborhood pool opens Saturday, April 20, 2024. Signs will be posted stating the exact dates and times. Please make every effort to pick up your key at the designated date & time. NOTE: You will need $30, an ID, and a POOL KEY FORM signed by the owner.

If you are truly unable to stop by during the designated times, please call 334-750-0754 to arrange a time to collect a key.

As in the past, a $30 pool usage fee will be required in order to obtain a key. Checks made out to HOVHOA are preferred. Please bring some form of identification as well.

In addition to the above fee, a POOL KEY FORM must be filled out and signed by the OWNER or an agent of the Real Estate management company (not renter) of the property in the association that wishes to obtain a key. Filling out and signing the form ahead of time will greatly expedite getting a key.

Owners can fill out & sign the form and give/mail it to their renters. Alternatively, they may provide the renter with a letter authorizing the renter to obtain the key and acknowledging that the owner takes responsibility for the key if it is not returned.

Reminder: There is a $50 fine for pool keys that are lost or not returned.

Pool Closure

The pool will close on Sun., Sept. [date TBA], 2024. Keys will be collected on that date at the pool. Signs will be posted to announce the date. All keys must be returned. If you are unable to return the key at the designated time you must contact the Association manager at 334-750-0754 to arrange for the return of the key; otherwise, there is a $50 fine for lost or non-returned keys.
